Cancellation Policy
Cancelation Process:
1. The order can be canceled by 12 hours prior notice.

3. Please share the order number or item details that you want to cancel.
4. No cancelation request will be accepted if the product has already been shipped.
Return/Refund Policy
1. Within 7 working days of receiving delivery orders within Dhaka and 14 days outside Dhaka.
2. Returns must be made within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the parcel, otherwise, the product cannot be returned.
3. Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged or short-circuited.
4. In the case of imported products, the product will not be returned if the brand packet is damaged.
5. Guarantees and warranties apply as described in the product description.
6. Refund will be made to the customer's cash or bkash number as per the conversation with the customer within 7 days after receiving the return product.
7. All our prices are inclusive of Government VAT.
8. Delivery cost of the product will be added separately.
